i almost thought this place would be a hidden gem, but the loud road noise and that challenging door lock really ruined it for me. i was expecting a welcome gift or something special—how hard is that? i definitley can’t believe i just couldn’t give a good review!

The room offered a solid amount of storage space, which was a real plus during my stay. Sitting on the verandah to watch the flow of tuk tuks and Baò Baòs provided a unique view that brought the area alive.
The road noise during the day created a noticeable disturbance. however, it settled down nicely at night. The door lock mechanism was a bit tricky to maneuver and could catch you off guard. Limited parking was an inconvenience—make sure to plan accordingly if you're driving.

The rooms are super clean with an amazing amount of storage space. Loved the traditional touches blended with modern comforts, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.
The street noise can be a bit much during the day, but it calms down at night. A kettle in the room would’ve been nice for my tea.

a comfortable stay with room for improvement
The Deluxe Queen Room was beautifully arranged and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and made arrangements for the air conditioning to be on before our arrival, creating a perfect environment. The view of the garden was a lovely touch that enhanced our relaxing experience there.
The dining options were somewhat repetitive, limiting choices during our stay.
